Comments: One hour into the walk from Malasa we came upon a small Aeta graveyard, one Olleta Sanchez having been buried only three days previously. Through Aeta barrio Ampul to a large ploughed area where the trail disappeared. It was eventually found and led us down a very steep hill into a valley that leads to Dap Dap. Well it was straight over the opposite ridge and down into and over the Malago river. Up the next small ridge and passing through barrio San Martin towards the Sacobia area where we eventually crossed the Sacobia river by the new and rarely used Smugglers bridge to nowhere. Into CSEZ and a jeepney to the main gate and more than a few large draft San Miguel's at Margarita Station.
