Comments: As usual one of the scribe’s occasional forays into the wilds of Subic for a joint Subic (Monday night) and Arayat hash proved to be a big success even though Arayat Guru, Single Malt, failed to make the first leg. He and Bingo arrived next morning however explaining he had been maneuvering to avoid his constant shadow. Then it was off for eight hashers to a beautiful trek through forest and moor land more reminiscent of the Pennines than the Philippines (although a touch warmer). The trip back to Angeles was made more entertaining by the spectacle of Armpit trying to us his cell phone, drink beer and drive his vehicle all at the same time.     I.M.
