Comments: One of those interesting hikes with more on backs than real trail where our aim was to reach Dios from an easterly direction. At Cross the locals said we could go that-a-way to Dios but also said going that-a-way was not advisable because things were happening. Not wanting to become part of some unhealthy statistics we decided against going that-a-way and returned to Villa Maria.
