Comments:
An eventful hike today walking from Sabang to
Puerto Galera via some honking pig pens. Then on the road up to the
water tank Cujo got overly friendly with a lost goat before leaving it
stranded and wailing for its mother. Then how to move house P.I. style,
you take it with you. A bunch of guys underneath it and off it goes
resembling a giant hairy beetle.
Scrotum then breached the leech line when we went too far up Mt
Baclayan. Horrendous sounds of a woman being murdered filled the air as
one of the wee beasties attached itself to a lady who shall remain
nameless but who can open a beer bottle with her teeth. A heavy retreat
followed immediately. Back down in Puerto Galera we went to the Motown
bar for after hike refreshments but no one was in. Waited around for
five minutes, we would have rifled the till had we found it, then off to
that other musical theme bar the Rock and Roll which had staff who
looked after our liquid needs.
