With the Arayat Hash being hijacked to Puerto Galera, a few resentful
souls left behind decided to organize their own version, and what better
venue under the circumstances than Mt Arayat it’s self. Held on a
Saturday to fall between two tropical depressions the event took place
in reasonable weather. Some of the hardier souls ventured up the main
trail and tried to find a different way down, without success. The
slower souls had a little more luck in finding a trail for a Sunday run.
It was altogether though, an enjoyable experience in cool conditions.
