Comments:
Today’s group of six split into even smaller groups
upon arriving at Baby’s store. “Meatless” led his three followers around
and about the lowlands of Mt Arayat which was a good day out for them
being first timers to the mountain. “Morphine’s” expedition was more
entertaining. John G wanted to go to the North summit and “Morphine”
having had been there a few hikes previously said ‘let’s go I will take
you there’. Whoops, famous last words. Somewhere along the straight line
trail a wrong turn was taking and the two hikers spent the rest of the
day fighting their way through all sorts of wild vegetation before
getting back on the original trail again. No time for the summit so back
down to Baby’s to drown their sorrows with a few San Migs.
