Comments: A robust ridges and gullies walk today with one long slow steep climb at our turn around point. Nearing Canuman walking from Naparuko we asked the locals if there was a short cut over the ridge on our south side because we did not want to take the long way round. Sure they said ‘take the narrow trail over there’ which we did. Shorter it was but a helluva lot longer time wise. Once at the top we took about twenty minutes finding our trails taking us back to Malasa.
