On Home:       Arcobaleno’s, White Beach

On On Home: The Point, El Galleon Beach Resort, Sabang

Comments: We left Sabang and walked the two and a half kilometres to Puerto Galera along the bumpy Jeepney track. Through PG and barrio Aguada dubbed Beverley Hills because of its nice houses we went uphill to a Manyan village where we found that seven of the pack were missing. Down into a pleasant valley bypassing Balatero and up another valley towards the Baclayan Ridge. After a couple of on backs up very steep tracks in the rain forest we crawled under barbed wire and found ourselves on the sixth tee of the Ponderosa Golf Course. A quick drink at the club house and on down for a three kilometre walk to White Beach. A few cold beers and a piss poor excuse from our reunited seven before taking a beer laden banca back to The Point.
